Is there a way that I can use the new mail form available with outlook??

Hi there! I have a question! I am trying to send mails to multiple users using my appication in c#. I can now send multiple mails from a form I created and methods I've written. Our client asked us to include outlook "new mail" form into our project. Is there a way that I can use the new mail form available with outlook?? This seems possible to me because ctrl+click on a mail id in word or excel directly opens new mail form of outlook. My project is in c# and so can I do that?? I really appreciate your answers, comments and suggestions! Thanks in advance!
