Want to connect visual studio 2012 with oracle 10g

I am new in visual studio but have good experience of oracle therefore I want to use oracle database 10g with my .net application, currently I am creating desktop application and wants to connect visual studio with oracle 10g.

Kindly if anybody provide me the details like what utility I have to require and steps.
