need help in WhatsApp registration tool(WART)

Sir,

I am getting error(see the screenshot in image gallery) while trying to generate whatsApp password.

kindly provide a solution.

I am living in UAE and and I given the number format as +971 54 XXX XXXX and 97154XXXXXXX. see the password generating article in below link.
