Why my MS Access Database file turns into read only mode after creating setup of the project?

Question

I'm trying to make simple record management application in C# and MS Access as database. Before creating setup package, it runs fine but after creating setup and doing installation, operation like insert, delete unable to perform nd MS Access Database file turns into read only. I want to keep it write mode also. help p please
