Why third party payroll jobs Now a days????????????

Hi All,

I want advice from panel experts to know , now a days mostly companies are hiring on payroll with third party companies,

I am confused to select to join company  because large organizations are hiring on third party,

I got offer from TCS also but due to third party, i was scared ,, and not join there, also two companies offer not accept,

Most of people say not to join me on payroll.

 

please give me idea about this, Please!!!!!!
