Windows 10 free upgrade

Hi I applied for windows free 10 upgrade it accepted my aplication then I received an e-mail which concerned keyboard&mouse i cancelled this e-mail because i did not know what it was i thought it was a scam was i wrong not to accept one of the two options?if so how can i get my application back live?.Thx4Reading my message.
