Windows Installer

Question

I need to know some tips and trics about WindowsInstaller (or MSI) .

 I've built one using ORCA without much knowledge and it is a simple one.But now I want to add some restrictions in it like 'one-time-installation', 'free-period' etc. 

Can somebody please help with some tutors or links or any guidelines about it.
