Improper blogging rules

I am raising my voice for not publishing my blog about 'Getting started with AngularJS'. Here's why CsharpCorner is unable to publish one of my blog. "It has many external links" Here's the LinkedIn blog I have posted for reference - https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/getting-started-angularjs-ranjan-dailata I don't know if the reviewer has thoroughly understood the value of the above blog.
