Voting for something should not be like that as we are doing

http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/news/vote-for-new-chapters-page-design This is a new design for chapter and we are voting like comments. there should be something where we can vote, we can give rating for that page like we can give vote using starts same like google playstore. so we can find out rating of that page. I don't like this comment system.
