Email notifications of thread updates

It would help if this forum software sent notifications in the manner that most forums do. Note that I am only suggesting that this forum do what most forums do relevant to email notifications. We need to get notifications when a thread we have posted in gets a new reply. I am not suggesting we get notified of all changes to all threads; only the threads that we have posted a reply to. This is critical if the question needs clarification and the person posts a clarification; we need to know when a clarification has been provided. It would also help to get notification when a reply has been accepted so we can look to see what was accepted.
