Linking to the profile

In author article when a site user comments, the name of the site user is shown but it is not showing link on that user. The hyper link facility should be there so the user can directly see the profile of the person who have commented on the article. One more thing would like to add. The user of the article should also be granted to delete the comments on its article. As there are some useless comments which are of no use.
