FAT32 systems generally have a 137 gig limit for ATA drives; there may be other limiting factors depending on your rig. Workarounds include multiple hdd's and firewire.

NTFS Also support NTFS Security that Fat not support

on FAT we just had Read , Write , Full Control

but in NTFS it is extended.
