Primary Responsibilities & Objectives
- Analyse product specifications and translate them to task specifications and technical design
- Responsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming
- Must be able to deliver high quality code on schedule, communicate with groups in and outside the development team
- Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group/teams
Specific Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands on experience with applicable technologies
- Advanced knowledge and experience in object-oriented programming languages such as C#,
- Good experience and knowledge in ASP .NET, WebServices, WCF, MVC frameworks, .Net Remoting
- Proficient in database concepts and working experience with SQL Server, SQL programming/queries and stored procedures
- Strong collaborative, coaching, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of agile development practices and working experience with sprint planning and grooming stories/tasks
