It is cute and quite an achievement for an eight-year-old and I hope it is sincere and valid. Also, I submitted feedback to the site; I said: Please check the use and definition of the word cum as used in "Youngest Web Designer cum entrepreneur of the World". I think it is not supposed to be used like that. Also note that it is a slang word and most English speaking people would only know the slang definition, which is highly innapropraite for here.
