Microsoft Introduces Internet Explorer 11

Microsoft Introduces Internet Explorer 11 as a part of its Windows 8.1.
Yesterday was a big day for Microsoft developers. At BUILD, Microsoft announced several new products including Windows 8.1, Visual Studio 2013, SQL Server 2014 and more.

One of the biggest and expected announcements was Windows 8.1 Preview that is available now to download from MSDN and TechNet websites. Check out Windows 8 First Look right here. For developers, the newest Visual Studio, Visual Studio 2013 was announce that has many new improvements and tools. For Database developers and administrators, Microsoft offered the latest update on SQL Server. SQL Server 2014 CTP 1 is available for download now.

With all this, Microsoft also quietly sneaked in its latest browser, the Internet Explorer 11 with Windows 8.1. Some of the key features and improvements in IE 11 are better browsing experience. The browser is optimized for touch. Check out IE team blog for more details.
