Microsoft has released the version 3.2 update for YouTube for Windows Phone. In May of this year Microsoft and Google began a public spat regarding the release of YouTube. According to Google it removed the app since it violated Google's terms of service. All discussions between Microsoft and Google seem useless and results in a basic YouTube web player.

As reported by WPCentral, Microsoft publicized version 3.2 of YouTube for Windows Phone but it was now just a simple link to m.youtube.com since the WP8 app no longer has a native feel, providing access to your YouTube account, notifications, subscriptions, favorites, or anything of the sort.

You can download the new version from the Windows Phone Store. Users with an older version must upgrade their version if they want the YouTube app to work again.
