Google to add fingerprint authentication in Android M

Similar to Apple iOS, Google is adding native fingerprint authentication to its next version of Android operating system, Android M.

Android M is expected to be announced next week at the Google IO event in San Francisco. Android M will also include one-touch log-in for supported apps that will allow user authentication using their fingerprint. The news is reported by BuzzFeed News.
