Linux Kernel 3.12.9 Released

Linux Kernel 3.12 series releases its 9th update with another set of important fixes. “I'm announcing the release of the 3.12.9 kernel. All users of the 3.12 kernel series must upgrade,” Greg Kroah-Hartman said in the announcement.
 
It is not a major update, but this is one of the most maintained advanced kernels. This update brings improvements to arm and x86, updated driver including i915, along with some other fixes. You can find the details in the announcement.
 
All the users of the 3.12 kernel series must upgrade to this build, or can even update to the latest one, 3.13.
