Microsoft Announces OneDrive For Business

Today, at the SharePoint Conference 2014 in Las Vegas, Jeff Teper announced OneDrive for Business with some new features and improvements in its predecessor, the SkyDrive Pro.

 

OneDrive for Business is a cloud service where a company employee can store, sync, collaborate and share their documents across multiple devices.

With OneDrive for Business, you can collaborate with others in the real time, right from within the Office and edit documents from virtually anywhere via a web browser in real time using Office Online.

OneDrive for Business will be available for purchase as a standalone service.
