Microsoft Launches Skype For Business iOS App

Microsoft recently announced the launch of new Skype for business iOS app. This new launch comes with new features, and it has also resolved the sign-in issues that some users faced while using Lync 2013 on iOS 9.
 
In the official blog they states,
 
“Since we announced the Skype for Business for iOS preview, we’ve received great response, and today we are excited to announce that the new Skype for Business app for iOS devices is now publicly available.”
 
One of the new features which the new update brings for its users is an updated dashboard. This dashboard will allow in bringing the contact search bar, the recent conversation and up-coming meetings all in one place.

Another feature, which came with the new update, is full screen video, which enables you with a better meeting experience. It comes with the ability to mute, add participants and manage calls, while on the go. You can simultaneously view shared contents along with speaker video.

You can now download the all new Skype for Business for iOS on iTunes Store. iPhone users using Lync 2013 will automatically get the new update.
 
Microsoft states,
 
“We are iterating rapidly to enrich the feature set on iOS and bring them to you as quickly as we can. Later this year, we will also make Skype for Business app for Android publicly available.”
