Let us take the example, when you go on to open Mail, the Touch Bar will display buttons so as to create a new message replying or moving an email to the trash. In Safari, you will now be able to preview tabs as well as switch through them using the Touch Bar, open a new tab or go to one of your favorite sites without requiring to use the Trackpad. You will be able to swipe through your images in Photos with previews, scrub through videos, making edits such as rotating photos, cropping and adding filters. Apple goes on to inform that you will be able to customize the Touch Bar along with adding features and buttons which is required the most.

Apple bought the Secure Enclave from the iPhone to the MacBook Pro in the form of a new chip known as the T1 so as to keep your fingerprint safe. You will now be able to use it to authenticate purchases using Apple Pay in Safari. Most importantly Touch ID will let you with multiple profiles on your MacBook Pro quickly switch between them using fingerprint. Hence, if you go on to share MacBook and dislike logging out so as to get back into your desktop, Touch ID would just cut your wait time down.

Apple has also gone on to double the size of its Force Touch Trackpad, building a second generation version of the butterfly keyboard on the 12-inch MacBook Pro.

The company says that it has improved the speakers on the 15-inch Pro, which now features twice the dynamic range of audio, as per Phil Schiller.

The latest MacBook Pro is now available to purchase on Apple.com starting at $1,799 for the 13-inch and $2,399 for 15-inch MacBook Pro. The laptops will start shipping in two or three weeks.
