New Skype Update For iOS And Mac

Skype has brought new update for Mac and iOS platform, bringing in complete new system updates, such as iOS 9 and El Capitan.
 
Skype states,

The three new features that Skype is talking about are stated below:
 
Use of Split view and Slide Over: 
 
Numerous people uses Skype daily, the new split view and slide over in iOS 9 will allow you to use Skype while using other app, alongside. This makes sharing and viewing content easier.
 
Reply directly from notification:
 
The new update allows you to reply to chats directly from the notification, which is shown on the lock screen. However, it is important that you ensure that your Skype notification is ‘ON.’
 
Direct conversation from spotlight
 
The new update has made it easier to start a direct conversation from spotlight. All you need to do is search for your contact on spotlight and if they are available on Skype, it will show on search result. Tap on the search result, and you are all set to chat.

Skype 7.13 released for Mac. According to this new update, adding friends is now easier. All you need to do is go to Contacts, and click on Add Contacts. There you will come across an automatic option, which will allow you to add people in you Mac or other address book. You can also verify your contact number so that people, who have saved your number on their address book, can easily search you on Skype.
