Windows 10 preview with "Spartan" Browser Available Now

Microsoft rolls out Windows 10 Technical Preview integrated with new Project Spartan browser.
 
The company is working on the next build of Windows 10 for phones and plans to support many additional phones in the next build for phone as well as some great new features.
 
This build is the second this month with mostly small improvements and fixes, as well as a few new known issues. Project Spartan Browser is the major inclusion for this build.
 
Issues fixed in this build:
  • PC crash issue when you tap on the circular icon at the top left to view the photo you just took in Photos app.
  • Issue with windows open on your desktop are accidentally visible behind the Start Screen, Task View, Snap Assist, and when rearranging windows in Tablet Mode.
  • Issue with manually locking your PC (Windows Key + L)

Some known issues still persist with this build and will be rectified in a future build.
 
This build is pretty much all about Project Spartan with some features in an early state: 
  • Cortana, the personal assistant offers help on what you want to know on the web.
  • Inking enables you to write or type directly on the page and share the page via mail or saving them for future reference in OneNote.
  • Distraction-free reading with Reading List and Reading View
