Windows RT or Windows 8 What to choose when buying Surface Tablet

Microsoft Surface is ready to hit the stores on Oct 26 but I see people are still confused about Windows 8 and Windows RT. And I don’t blame them. I was confused myself until I got this new MSDN magazine issue and it cleared up the differences for me.
