Search this website for keyword "chat". No! Silveright is not a Windows application. It is a Web application. For Windows, you can either use WPF or Windows Forms.

hi... thx for your tutorial. I'm a new comer in C#... I have to do a project that is really complex for me. voice and video chat in C#.Net ... I want to know that whether silver light can help me .. I must write windows application ... Is silver light for win app too? If not .... what can I do ? would U help me? I don't Know I should write TCP or UDP protocol
