Alexa Routines Are Now Shareable

The Routines feature enables users to consolidate tasks into a single voice command of their choosing.

Amazon is making it even easier for Alexa device owners to use Routines. The Routines feature has been around for years that allows Alexa users to make multiple tasks into a single voice command of their choosing.
Amazon said that users have been able to set up their own custom Routines, or select from Featured Routines in the Alexa app, and now, the company is making it easy to share Routines with friends and family.
Now, Alexa has the ability to turn Routines into shareable URL links. So, you can share the Routines use to use with others.
In order to share a Routine, you will need to go to Routines in the Alexa app and select the Routine you want to share. After selecting, click share to choose if you’d want to send the Routine by text, email, or social media.
To set up a Routine you have received, you will need to click the shared URL link on your mobile device and follow the on-screen instructions in your Alexa app.
While making the announcement, the Alexa team also recommended eight Routines for customers including Family Routine, created by celebrity couple Stephen “tWitch” Boss and Allison Holker that can help keep busy families motivated each school day morning, filled with dance breaks and encouragement, and Fitness day Routine in which Alexa will walk you through a full day of tips and reminders as well as a mid-day workout, all from personal trainer Gunnar Peterson.
