Amazon Announces The Global Availability Of AWS CCI

AWS Contact Center Intelligence(CCI) enables you to leverage AWS machine learning (ML) capabilities with your current contact center provider.

Recently, AWS announced the global availability of AWS Contact Center Intelligence (AWS CCI) solutions, enabling you to leverage AWS machine learning capabilities with your current contact center provider.  This enables you to gain higher efficiencies and deliver increasingly tailored customer experiences, without having any ML expertise.

AWS CCI solutions use a combination of AWS AI-powered services and is made available through the AWS Partner Network. Amazon said that organizations want the benefits that intelligent contact center technologies bring but the resources, time and cost to implement intelligent contact center technologies are many times too high to overcome. AWS CCI gives a simple and fast route to deploy AWS ML solutions no matter which contact center provider you use.

The company also announced the addition of AWS Technology Partners: Salesforce, Clarabridge, Clevy, XappAI, Avaya, Talkdesk, 8×8, and Voiceworx.
