Apple targets Samsung's Galaxy S4 to U.S. Patent Lawsuit

Apple submitted a list of 22 Samsung products to the U.S. District Court in California that it believes infringes upon its technology, The Verge reported. Judge Lucy Koh has already ordered Apple and Samsung to narrow their case, which is expected to go to trial in March 2014.

Appleā€™s list currently includes the Samsung Admire, Captivate Glide, Conquer 4G, Dart, Exhibit II 4G, Galaxy Nexus, Galaxy Note, Galaxy Note 10.1, Galaxy Note II, Galaxy Player 4.0, Galaxy Player 5.0, Galaxy Rugby Pro, Galaxy S II, Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch, Galaxy S II Skyrocket, Galaxy S III, Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, Galaxy Tab 8.9, Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, Illusion, Stratosphere and Transform Ultra devices.

Samsung previously accused the iPhone, iPad, iPod, Mac and Apple TV line of devices of infringing upon its technology.

The two companies are set to face off in court in a second patent trial scheduled to begin next spring.
