China's Oppo Unveils Find 5 Android Smartphone

According to a report from Digital Spy, Chinese technology firm Oppo today unveiled its first Android smartphone, called the Find 5.

Find 5, running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, features a 5-inch HD Touchscreen display, Qualcomm's 1.5 GHz quad core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, and 2 GB of RAM.

The phone also boasts an impressive 13-megapixel rear camera with full HD video, paired with a 1.9 megapixel camera on the front. Other features of the Find 5 include DIRAC HD audio, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 16 GB of onboard storage.

It is uncertain whether Find 5 will be enabled for 4G and whether the device will have MicroSD card support, though Digital Spy notes the latter appears likely.

No release dates have been provided as yet, but the Oppo Find 5 will debut in China and sell for the equivalent of about $480. Overseas releases are expected to be announced in the near future with availability in 2013.
