ComponentGo! has released WebCalendarGo 2.3.8 – like MS Web Outlook managing appointments, with AJAX

The WebCalendarGo 2.3.8 is a modern appointments management control for ASP.NET 2.0. The newest version gives support for Microsoft Visual Studio 2008. There are improvements of setup program and deploying of finished projects onto web server. The look-and-feel of Microsoft Web Outlook is user friendly. AJAX technology gives one the possibility to drag and drop an appointment across a time-plan grid in order to change time, day and/or resource, or to edit a text in place. There is a possibility of programming a control from a web browser by using a JavaScript client object. It also allows to significantly reducing HTML code size transmitting to the web browser to create faster appearing final page. The calendar was designed to be compatible with multiple browsers (not only IE!). The capability to define view and contents of the calendar in detail was combined with ease of programming and usage of ASP.NET 2.0 in the latest Microsoft Visual Studio 2005/2008.
