Intel Graphics Installer 1.0.4 For Linux Is Available For The Latest Versions Of Ubuntu And Fedora

The Intel Graphics Driver Installer for Linux has been updated to version 1.0.4 and is now available for download.

With this tool, Linux users are now able to easily install the latest GPU and video drivers to get the best performance out of their hardware. Unfortunately, the tool is only usable for Fedora and Ubuntu systems.

Currently, the tool supports Ubuntu 13.10 and Fedora 20. The Installer also supports Ubuntu 13.04 and Fedora 19, but won’t get the most recent set of driver stack updates. The older versions of Ubuntu are not supported.

According to the developers, the difference between this version of the installation wizard and the one that was released in January, is very less. The late December 2013 Intel Graphics stack arrives with the support for the Intel Celeron N281 CPU, SNA acceleration and power saving features, are available in the latest drivers.
