Know Your Chapter Lead: Junaid Masoodi

 1. What is your name?

 My name is Junaid Masoodi.

 2. Tell us a little bit about yourself.


 I am a free mind. I have this urge to learn and try new things everyday that I think  keeps me going. I like to keep myself busy with things. I believe in sharing my  knowledge. While I am not working, I am out with my friends. I love to live life to the fullest.

3. Please tell us about your professional career.

I started my career as Microsoft Tech. Evangelist. I have attended and organized technical sessions and workshops in and outside Kashmir. I have been speaking about different technologies at these technical sessions. A year back, I joined Axelerant as a Front End Developer and am currently working as the same.

4. Please tell us about your latest ventures.

There is a lot of things happening in mind right now. But I am trying to get a complete hold on Node first, then I will move with it for something fascinating. And also in the process of starting a startup (scriptfy.com).

5. What advice do you give to today’s young generation?

I would like to tell my friends that a certificate does not qualify them for anything, it's their personality and their skills. They should Learn to learn new things, add things to the skill set, believe in yourself and build yourself. They don't need any other thing to reach their goal, they only need 'themselves'. They should always start early with full dedication and they can do wonders.

6. What advice do you give to a company’s senior leadership?

A company should always explore ways to introduce products and services that make lives of people easier and interesting. Innovative and creative ideas need to be supported. A good, cooperative, friendly leadership ensures a maximum output.

8. Please tell us about your latest and the next speaking ventures?

The latest I have spoken to an audience is at a university here in Kashmir. The next speaking venture would be at an event of C# Corner, here in Kashmir.

9. How are you associated with C# Corner?

I am associated with c sharp corner as a chapter leader for Kashmir chapter.

10. What do you do for fun and hobbies?

I like to code, eat and I hang out with my friends. I love to meet new people and make new friends.< /div>
