As per the plan, the alliance capitalizes on Bluewolf's Salesforce implementations and their current augmentation of multiple Salesforce in addition to Watson projects.
New insights from Watson are expected as it tries to combine deep customer insights from Salesforce Einstein with Watson's structured and unstructured data across many sources and diverse industries ranging from weather, healthcare, financial services to retail.
IBM Watson APIs into Salesforce are to be integrated to entice smarter, faster decisions across sales, service, marketing, commerce. In order to provide valuable information on weather insights that inform customer interactions and business performance, a new Lightning component on the Salesforce AppExchange comes in handy.
To surface data directly within Salesforce Intelligent Customer Success Platform, the customers will be able to able to bring together On-Premise enterprise and Cloud data with specialized integration products for Salesforce. Salesforce Service Cloud across the company has been of the view to transform its global product support services and gain a single, unified view of every IBM customer is expected to be deployed by IBM.
