MacOS Catalina 10.15.5 Brings Battery Health Management

The battery health management feature improves the battery's lifespan of your notebook by decreasing the rate at which it chemically ages.

Recently, Apple rolled out macOS Catalina 10.15.5 which brings battery health management in the Energy Saver settings for notebooks and a new option to disable automatic prominence in Group FaceTime calls.
 
The update also introduces controls to fine-tune the built-in calibration of your Pro Display XDR. There are also several bug fixes and other improvements.
 
The battery health management feature in macOS 10.15.5 improves the battery's lifespan by decreasing the rate at which it chemically ages. It monitors the battery's temperature history and charging patterns.
