Microsoft's Next-Gen Xbox Console, Scarlett, Arrives 2020

Microsoft's next-gen Xbox console, codenamed Project Scarlett, will be launched in Fall 2020 and will support 8K gaming. It will be 4X as powerful as the Xbox One X.

At the conference E3 2019, Microsoft showcased a ton of games for Xbox One games, including some major news and reveals. But the most significant was the reveal of Microsoft's next-gen Xbox console, Scarlett.
The new Xbox, Scarlett, which is a next-gen console will launch Holiday 2020, alongside Halo Infinite. It's 4X as powerful as Xbox One X. Another new piece of hardware is a follow-up to the Xbox Elite controller.
Scarlett has a custom-designed Zen 2 processor from AMD, and it features an SSD that dramatically improves load times and also function as virtual RAM. Scarlett boasts high-bandwidth GDDR6 memory, and overall it is said to be four times as powerful as the Xbox One X, the most powerful console on the market today.
