.NET Core 3.0 Preview 5 Announced

Microsoft just announced .NET Core 3.0 Preview 5

Yesterday, at #MSBuild, Microsoft's .NET Team announced the next version of its .NET Core, i.e., .NET Core 3.0 Preview 5. This release is now available on Github and includes a new Json serializer, support for publishing single file executables, an update to runtime roll-forward, and changes in the BCL.
