Oops, Twitter's Vine restrained by Facebook

Twitter has revealed a mobile video sharing application called Vine that allows users to create and share short looping videos. Keep things short and sweet is the primary goal of social networks and that's resulting in Twitter releasing its new app that lets you update 6 sec videos. Its available for IOS devices and its already been called the instagram for video.

Just after an hour of Twitter's Vine launched, Facebook just blocked the access to Vine's "find people" feature, which was introduced for Vine users to find Facebook friends via the Vine application. A Twitter spokesperson said "Mashable the company didn’t have anything to share beyond that notification. We've reached out to Facebook for comment".

Facebook hasn't responded as of yet about the pop-up message indicating that the app is not authorized to make the Facebook request when the user tries to search for Facebook friends on Vine.
