ZAP Version 2.8.0 Brings Heads Up Display (HUD)

OWASP ZAP released a new version of its leading ZAP Project - V2.8.0 which brings a new Heads Up Display (HUD) interface.

OWASP ZAP an open web application security project, recently, released a new version of its leading ZAP Project - V2.8.0.
With version 2.8, ZAP now includes an innovative Heads Up Display (HUD) which brings security information and functionality right into the browser. This will enable developers to interactively test the security of their applications in real time while controlling a bunch of features designed to test the quality of their software.

The company said that ZAP includes automated scanners and a set of tools that allows new users and security professionals to manually identify security vulnerabilities. The solution has also been translated into more than 25 languages including French, Italian, Turkish and Chinese.
