using installsheild deploy sharepoint wsp using powershell

Question

using installsheild 2013 deploy sharepoint wsp using powershell script.


how to define a custom action which executes powershell.

i passed paths of powershall and wsp in program files folder[first image], later i specificed this powershell script[second image], then

given path to custom action---third image.

after build,-->setup.exe--->my wsp is not deployed , can u say anyone how to deploye using installsheild.
