Marquee of text or Images similar to HTML in Windows 8 XAML

Since in HTML it is easy to apply Marquee properties in TextBlocks or Images. I want to implement the very same Marquee properties from left to right or from right to left to the textblock or images. Please suggest me to do in windows 8 XAML.
