How to get dataset values and write new excel template

Question

Dear friends,

 

                 As I'm going to developing on new application in asp.net with c#. I have doubt while my developing process!

Any body can help me? Following my doubt's are,

 

* I already have one Excel template into my application directory and it had two work sheets(This sheets are included some formulas based on input and output) also there. The work process is going to get some table values from the database at dataset and paste dataset values(more than 5 tables) into new work sheet on the excel template and it'll tack automatic calculation.
