Need Some Guidance

Question

Hi All,
My name is Abhilash Hari and I am from kerala. I have 3+ year Experience in the Asp.net developement. Currently I am working as a software Engineer at Xerox Services(cochin). Personally I feel very  comfortable and interesting in learning new microsoft technologies though I am a beginner in most of the technologies you had been discussing in your blog.
 
I like to improve my knowledge far more better way other than just learning from tutorials. So as an experienced professionals what is your suggestion for me to take as an action item.
