how to implement Contextmenu control in windows phone 8.

Question

 Hi,
 
 I am new in windows phone developing
 I want implement Contextmenu control in my app.
 I search on google there are many link but i dont understand
 i also follow this uri example

 but this make in windows phone 7.
 so please help me if any one has idea or complete example.
