Get column name in sql table according to particular value

Question

Table name is currentreport and in table i have columns (id,challan1,challan2,challan3) and value is inserting in the table now i want to know the name of column in which i insert the chalan no. for example in a row values are (1,10,45,23) now i want to know in which column the challan no. 10 is present As all the values are going by c# application i am unable to look into database. but i know the row in which values are going. Please help me to get column name
