The Developer will have a well-rounded IT background of software development and project management within the SDLC. They will also be adept at consensus building, crisis management, problem-solving and negotiating.

• Coding knowledge: architecture design, C#, VBA, VB Script, Windows Scripting, JavaScript, HTML(4 and 5),VB.Net
• Ecommerce websites: creation, maintenance, troubleshooting, analyzing, coding, enhancements
• Software Applications: Visual Source Safe, Visual Studio (2012, 2013)
• 4+ years’ experience programing development preferred

Plus for any of the following:

• Ajax, Razor, Linq, ADO.Net, DOM Document, MSXML Parser(all versions),.NET Framework
• Back Office: Analyze Issues, troubleshooting, maintenance, enhancements
• Reporting Tools: Microsoft Reporting Services, Crystal, Excel, Word Templates
• Webserver: IIS administration, site certificate installation, troubleshooting, log review, tuning, maintenance
• General working knowledge of Accounting AP/AR/GL preferred
• Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) within organization
• Work with the Business Analyst to provide acceptance testing on developed features to ensure all business and functional requirements have been met
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating operations with technology
• Assist in the efforts to resolve and troubleshoot issues, implement and deploy new products, support and maintain existing product versions and assist in custom report writing
• Recognizing objects potential reuse in the organization or in the application (object oriented programing with Models)
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision and tight deadlines
