As a Coley Content Developer, you will work alongside fellow talented professionals and use the latest tools and technologies to design and develop innovative eLearning.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Designs and develops content for training materials and eLearning packages in accordance with the design plan and project schedules.
  • Follows established eLearning development processes.
  • Work with Coley graphic designers and programmers as required.
  • Assists with the development, maintenance, and use of quality assurance processes
  • Help generate ideas for innovative solutions to serve our client base.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience.
 
Skills:
  • Excellent online communications, grammar/writing skills, good listening skills, multi-tasking skills, ability to work individually
  • Comfortable working face-to-face or remotely with customers and production teams.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiar with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, etc.)
  • Familiarity with XML is preferred
Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to receive a positive verification through the Government’s e-Verify system
Must be able to obtain a government clearance at the level required to access its system
