As a Coley eLearning Project Manager, you will manage a team of talented professionals using the latest tools and technologies to design and develop world-class eLearning solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction for a team through project completion.
  • Develop and implement project lifecycle for all eLearning courseware projects.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Manage project resource allocation
  • Manage project budget
  • Integrate ISD development models, primarily ADDIE, into project plans, schedules, and deliverable requirements
  • Actively participate in resolving technical issues.
  • Ensure courses for completeness, compliance with standards and consistency with design plan.
  • Ensure compliance with SCORM, 508, and other regulations and standards for all electronic components.
  • Create products that are 100% accessible as defined by Section 508 and W3C standards.
  • Follows established eLearning development processes.
  • Oversee the development of automated processes to increase efficiency in eLearning courseware development.
  • Estimate level of effort for new courseware development or customization.
  • Assist with writing proposals for future eLearning projects.
  • Help generate ideas for innovative solutions to serve our client base.
  • Monitor Quality Assurance for all project deliverables.
  • Obtain/Maintain PMI PMP certification
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 8 years’ relevant experience leading training development projects required. PMP Certification preferred.
