How to InstaLanguage Packs for Multilingual Support in Windows 8

Introduction

If you are a non-English user and want to use another language, then the Windows 8 Consumer Preview provides the ability to easily change it. Windows 8 Consumer Preview comes with language packs for 167 languages, which can be simply changed from the control panel in desktop mode. These language packs are not available from the Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) server or through the Microsoft Download Center. For this, you have to follow some steps.
