In 2016, Microsoft introduced new capabilities in SharePoint Online team sites including integration with Office 365 Groups. Users can experience Modern UI with lists, libraries, WebParts and while editing the page in the team sites. Please read
this article for more information.
Embed webpart
Navigate to Office 365 SharePoint team site - https://c986.sharepoint.com/sites/VijaiAnand/.
Click "Settings" icon and then click "Add a page".
Enter the page name and then click “+” icon. Click "Embed".
Copy and paste the embed code in the webpart properties tool pane. For example – I have copied the embed code from youtube video.

Click "Publish".
Result
Embed WebPart is added to the page and published successfully, as shown below.
