Can i get the previous state of my ASP.NET MVC4 project

Accidently my visual studio crash my project and after a lot of hits and trial now i am in a stat that i have changed lot of things ? so i am getting many many errors while building the project is there any way to get my project back to the stat it was ? i have no backup no restore point nothing Left with :(

My laptop get struck and i forcefully shutdown it and after

asp.net c#.no mapping exists whether my code is correct
